(1) Worked in the People's Procuratorate of Guangdong Province from 1996 to 2011. (1) Represented the Lechang Pingshi Sub-branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd. in a case of entrusted financial management disputes between 32 people including Gao Runhua (both the first and second trials were won by the court)
(2) Represented Guangdong Goodwife Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Yuechang Information Technology Co., Ltd. in the appeal case of sales contract dispute (the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court ruled in favor of the case)
(3) Represented Guangdong Baiyue Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. in the first and second instance of the property rights protection dispute case between Liang Xin and Ji Wei (Guangzhou Yuexiu District People's Court and Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court both ruled in favor of the case)
(4) Represented Guangdong Baiyue Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. in a case against Liang Xin and Guangdong Baiyue Vocational Training School in a company dissolution dispute (the case won by the Guangzhou Yuexiu District Court)
